Camping Activites on Saturday

•    Yoga with Suzanne in the morning
•    Drumming Circle prior to Saturday’s show

Kids Activities starting at noon
•    dragons tear treasure hunt
•    story time, scavenger hunt
•    gods eye weaving, gnome sewing
•    decorate bikes, wagons, etc & kid's parade
•    face painting, fancy nail booth, tattoos
•    corn kernel necklaces - play dough

  • Camping Gates Open Thursday @ Noon
  • Each space is 10 by 15.
  • We ask that tent size be a maximum of 10 by 10. Please no tent condos.
  • There are bathrooms, showers and sinks with hot water.
  • A dish-washing station will be available.
  • Please bring your own dishes & utensils.
  • This facility is on a well so please conserve water.
  • Community bar-b-cues and camp stoves will be available.
  • Camp stoves only.
  • No campfires.
  • Shade structures are recommended in camping area only.

Due to the close proximity of campers:

  • No loud music or drumming after 11:00pm.
  • No Pets.

Off-Site Accommodations 7 Minutes away

For those who would like to enjoy the Summer Solstice Music Festival and prefer to sleep in a bed, we have enhanced our range of accommodations offerings to include a local Hotel, Bed & Breakfasts and a Motel. These accommodation options are in historic downtown Placerville, which is located 7 minutes from the Solstice venue, and they offer easy access to local eating establishments and shops. We have secured a block of rooms at the Historic Cary House whose past guest names include Mark Twain, Buffalo Bill, John Studebaker and recently Lynyrd Skynyrd. We also have two cozy B&B options, one is a 1859 country estate in a wooded park named the Glen Morey Country House Bed & Breakfast. The other option is the Albert Shafsky House Bed & Breakfast which is a Romantic 1902 Queen Anne-style Victorian with luxury rooms decorated with Scottish antiques. Lastly, for those of you who are looking for the low cost economical alternative; we have the reliable Gold Country Inn Motel, with it's specialty being clean rooms at inexpensive rates. Included below is the phone numbers to these locations so when calling mention the Solstice Music Festival. There are may other fine accommodations in the area if these don't fit your budget or taste and all are minutes from the music.
